Solutions for dieless cutting of leather and synthetic materials
The Flashjet 2000 DA1 (single nozzle) and Flashjet 2000 DA3 (three nozzles) belong to a series of cutting tables designed to dieless cut a wide range of man-made materials in single or multiple layers, up to a total thickness of 100 mm. The design and high speed of these tables provides a level of performance suited to a variety of industrial applications.
These systems are comprised of a waterjet cutting station with either a single or three nozzles with variable distance automatically controlled by software, 2-level automatic handling pallets to load the material and unload the cut pieces on one pallet whilst the other is performing the cutting. The pallets are available either with a steel mesh or with a special structure of steel pins designed to minimise back-splash and help keep the material in place during cutting. Total safety and efficient soundproofing are ensured by a protective enclosure.
The systems are controlled by Nesting software, either automatically or manually operated, for optimised layout of patterns. The Flashjet 1600 DA matches the ease of use and high material yield, regardless of operator skill and allows the automatic cutting of irregularly shaped scraps from previous cuts.
