We currently offer 3 models of universal folding machines and a model dedicated to the folding of flat insoles, footbeds of height up to 8 - 10 mm (model TF 10 S).
Models TF 10 CE and TF 10 E are equipped with photocells for automatic curve recognition . This allows the automatic management of transport steps on the straight parts, its reduction along external curves in order to create the "plated" effect and automatic activation of the knife along internal curves in order to make the carvings needed to match the curve profile.
Model TF 10 CE is also equipped with a system which automatically optimises the most complex internal curves , keeping a steady folding width and with a unique system to s et the exact position of carvings along internal curves so that it is possible to precisely respect the design of the most complex parts.
It is possible to use an optional component, easily mounted and unmounted, to fold using a 4 mm wide band.
These systems allow model TF 10 CE to improve folding quality and make the operation simpler even for folding tasks that can be challenging even for experienced operators. Think about the corner-folding of high fashion decolletè shoes: this machine makes them simple and quick even for an inexperienced operator, without sacrificing the quality of the finished product.

The models of Atom folding machines:
TF 10 CE : high performance , flexible automation and increased productivity combined with high-end ergonomics . It is equipped with patented systems to optimise the most critical folding operations. Even inexperienced operators can achieve high quality results . The table height can be adjusted making it suitable to work both sitting or standing up.
TF 10 E: Good results, especially suitable for high-end footwear production, equipped with photo cells for automatic curve recognition, making previously complex operations much simpler. Excellent results can be achieved, even by operators with limited folding experience.
TF 10 M: It is the entry level of the semi-automatic folding machines line-up and grants excellent results in the production of basic footwear and leather goods production.
TF 10 S: dedicated to the production of flat and orthopedics footbeds (up to 8-10 mm height)
