Installation & Commissioning
Our service department will organise the complete installation and commissioning of your machine from its current position to its new site, production facility or even country. Right from disconnecting the machine from air and electric to organising and supplying the crane, we will ensure it is all done quickly and very smoothly.
Our Engineers will also reinstall the machine, connection to the services and provide full training if new operators are also being introduced to the machine.
Owning and using only the very best and highest quality moving equipment including hydraulic jacks, adjustable/ fixed skating systems, lifting straps and trolley systems. Our engineers hold current fork lift truck licences, allowing them safely use existing customer equipment to assist in the moving and also servicing of your ATOM machinery.

Decommissioning & Disposal
Do you have any type of cutting machinery that you want to simply 'get rid of'? Often customers want old or other types of cutting machinery removed when it has reached the end of its unusable life, ATOM UK can provide this service for you, we will safely disconnect and remove your old system also disposing of it safely and according to environmental standards.
Overseas Moving?
Recently we have moved entire cutting facilities to China, Bulgaria, India and many more. ATOM UK service engineers will organise and complete decommissioning, packing, containerisation, shipping and then installation, re-commissioning and training at the other end.

We even offer delivery, installation and moving of smaller machines such as swing beams, splitting machines, skiving machines and small knife cutting machines with our own service vehicles and heavy trailer systems.*
Recently we have installed machines into domestic and small units, using our own transport allowing us to reverse the machine up the customer's driveway, unload with our collapsible crane and then pallet truck into position, this not only keeps costs way down but also is very practical for tight and small access areas.
