Now that you have an ATOM machine you need to get the very best in spare parts for it, allowing your machine to give the very best it can in your production process.
We supply and fit cutting belts for our automated range or cutting press's, blades for our splitting machines and cutting boards for our 'clickers' and beam press's.
Cutting Belts
We fit and supply genuine Chiorino cutting belts, recommended by ATOM as the manufacturer of your machine as the best belt to give you good service life and quality cutting results.
We can supply and install endless cutting belts for ATOM machines that allow a 'cold' installation.
ATOM UK engineers will not only fit the belt, but also correctly tension and also ensure the belt tracks from side to side correctly.
We can also fit belts that require jointing on site, hot jointing is not a problem, fitted by experienced belt joiners your belt will be installed to the highest quality.
Just as with the endless belts we will ensure that the automatic belt tracking system operates correctly after tensioning.
Splitting Blades
We can supply splitting band knives for the leather and many other soft industries where the splitting of material is required including:

Natural
Universal cutting pad for natural textiles, felt, rubber, foam, gaskets and many other soft materials especially synthetics.
Green
Ideal for the cutting in the leather and shoe industries including upper leather, lining leather, sole leather, insole board and other leather board materials.
Cast Nylon
These boards are perfect for the cutting of synthetics, textiles and fibrous materials. Due to its extreme hardness this board is very supportive during the cutting process, meaning fibres do not push into the board like softer pads but are cut cleanly.
Red / Brown
This pad unmistakable in appearance is a very good 'all rounder', giving all the good characteristics of the 'Green' board but offering an extra amount of hardness for improved cutting support.
Grey
Used as the top board when 'invert' cutting, i.e. when the cutting die is laid its back on the press bed or tray facing upwards, the operator places the material over the cutting edge, places the 'grey' board on top and performs a cut operation. This board is one of the harder pads to ensure its range of materials is wide, often used in the foam industry.
